Legacy of Blood Published

Posted on May 30, 2012June 2, 2012 by Daphne

A few days ago, I published the novel I wrote in grad school–my twelfth novel. It’s now available on Amazon in Kindle format. Later this year, it will be available in other electronic formats, and then in print.

What’s it about? Here’s the blurb:

Twenty years after a pandemic wiped out a third of the population, data analyst Jackie Fournier searches for the location where the disease first appeared. It seems like a fairly mundane assignment until she’s attacked in a dark parking lot by a man claiming to be a vampire. But how can he be? Everyone knows vampires don’t exist.

Within the next week, her life unravels. Soon, she has not one strange man after her, but three. Two “vampires” and a…vampire hunter? Then the deaths begin. The more she digs, the more she realizes this is all about the pandemic. Can she unravel the mystery before more people die?

If that sounds good to you, buy it now. It’s at an introductory low price of $0.99, but will go up to its normal price in another day or two.
