A Green Republican

Found this interesting article about a joint effort in California to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in their state. Both Schwarzeneggar and the Democrat-led California legislature are working together on this effort. Yay! Let’s hope they can work out a deal that will be fair and beneficial to both the environment and the business sector.

I truly believe there’s no reason we can’t find solutions to our environmental problems that - in many/most cases - benefit business in America rather harming it. But that won’t happen until the two sides agree to sit down at the table together. I hope this initiative works in California and then spreads across the country.
